Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from DressedUpMens.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account at DressedUpMens.com and go to “My Orders”.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including tags and labels.
- Attach the provided returns label and send your parcel back to us.
If you checked out as a guest, please visit DressedUpMens.com to start your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- We cannot accept returns on personalized or made-to-order items unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us via the Help Center within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order at DressedUpMens.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear (unless faulty)
- Socks
- Fragrances
International Returns
